Remote Monitoring Platform
Cathodic Protection Remote Monitoring
Remote monitoring, field visibility, readings capture and RMU management for cathodic protection teams that need one connected operating system across cloud, web and mobile.
This platform is designed for day-to-day operation of cathodic protection monitoring programs. It brings maps, live values, alarms, readings history, field context and remote monitoring unit management into one software layer that can be used by operations, engineering and maintenance teams together.
Instead of treating field devices, manual readings, reporting and follow-up as separate tasks, the system keeps them connected in one workflow. That is what makes it practical for real operating programs, not just for displaying telemetry.
Core Capabilities
- Hardware-agnostic platform ready for retrofit deployment across existing CP assets
- Real-time monitoring and remote control for RMUs and transformer rectifiers
- Shared web desktop and native mobile application workflow
- Geospatial monitoring, asset lists, search, and filtering
- Historical data visualization, alarm history, and reporting exports
- AI-assisted analytics, anomaly review, and conversational support
Device Platform
WatchCat is a retrofit-ready remote monitoring device platform built for hard field conditions
WatchCat is designed to retrofit into existing transformer rectifiers without extra transducers and without modification to the rectifier itself. That makes it practical for modernizing operating fleets where downtime, rewiring or major hardware intervention is not acceptable.
The platform supports single-phase through three-phase applications, including installations without neutral. It has been developed for harsh GCC environments, withstands temperatures above 85 °C and has already been battle tested in difficult operating conditions. Its modular structure also allows the channel count and field setup to be configured around the client requirement instead of forcing one fixed hardware format.
- Retrofit installation without TR modification or added transducers
- Single-phase to three-phase support, including no-neutral applications
- Developed for harsh GCC environments and operation above 85 °C
- Modular channel configuration for different deployment needs
Dashboard Control
See network status, alarms and live operating totals from one dashboard
The web application gives cathodic protection teams one operating view for alarm activity, live totals, map context and running status. It is built for daily supervision of distributed assets instead of forcing users to jump between separate monitoring, reporting and mapping tools.
- Live fleet totals and operating condition visibility
- Alarm review with timestamps and assigned field context
- Shared SaaS workflow across cloud, web and mobile
Map Supervision
Move from a regional view into each monitored place in seconds
Place mapping is built into the same platform, so teams can review geographic distribution, identify exceptions and open each monitored location with its operating context already attached. This is useful for supervisors, field coordinators and engineering teams alike.
- Map-based view of monitored places and circuits
- Fast drill-down from region to point level
- Same workflow on the mobile app for field review
Transformer Rectifier Readings
Open one transformer rectifier and review voltage, current and recent field history together
Live TR views combine the latest readings, trend history and event context in one screen. That makes it easier to confirm whether a site is behaving normally, review recent changes and decide if follow-up action is required.
- Voltage and current values in the same operational screen
- Quick engineering review without separate exports
- Practical for both monitoring and fault follow-up
Data Management & Review
Manage recorded readings, trends and operational history as structured monitoring data
Recorded readings stay connected to the operating place, its events and its historical trend. Teams can manage tables, graphs and operational status together in one structured data workflow, which improves technical assessment and makes reporting more defensible. The same data layer can also expose and stream readings, alarms, asset context and operational status into existing client systems such as SAP, Oracle, ArcGIS and similar enterprise environments.
- Structured readings table with timestamps and flags
- Trend history kept beside the review workflow
- Integration API and data streaming for SAP, Oracle, ArcGIS and similar platforms
- Mobile access for quick field status review and search
RMU Management
Manage WatchCat or third-party remote monitoring device platforms inside the same software
WatchCat is a remote monitoring device platform, and its unit settings are managed inside the same application used for operations. RMU identity, communications, sensing limits and control behavior stay connected to the monitored place instead of being handled in a disconnected tool. The SaaS can also be used with other RMUs, since we can provide an integration API for third-party device connectivity.
- RMU settings linked directly to the monitored asset
- Calibration, sensing and control values in one workflow
- Integration API available for other RMUs and third-party device platforms
- Mobile access for field-side device review and adjustments
Interruption Scheduling
Add interruption programs and operational schedules without leaving the platform
The same software can support interruption workflows, allowing teams to define schedules, assign targets and keep that operational activity inside the broader monitoring environment. This helps bridge remote visibility and real execution in the field.
- Schedule interruption cycles from the operational workspace
- Keep targets and timing attached to the monitored program
- Reduce handoff between planning and monitoring teams
